This workshop invites participants to deepen their awareness of interoception - the ability to notice internal states such as breath, heartbeat, warmth, tension, and stillness. Through guided somatic awareness, sensory drawing, and mixed-media art-making, participants will begin to gently map their inner landscape and translate sensation into visual form.
