The Creative Pause: A Mindful Art Workshop for Kids

7 June 2026

Through collaborative drawing, mindful mark-making, storytelling, and reflective art exercises, children will explore creativity as a tool for self-expression, emotional awareness, and connection.

In this thoughtfully designed workshop, participants will create shared artworks by exchanging drawings in playful timed intervals, engage with a read-aloud of The Dot, respond to artworks in the gallery and make interpretations via facilitator prompts. They will engage in circle-inspired compositions influenced by Wassily Kandinsky, Raza, Kusama, Bharti Kher and conclude with calming
neurographic-inspired drawing exercises designed to encourage focus and relaxation.
